I think the current men in my life include the little guy called G that I spent most of my day with today and he doesn’t even really talk yet so it’s hard to understand what he wants sometimes.  He runs around a lot gibbering nonsensical things and he cries out for his mommy a lot but I like him anyway.  He is actually my nephew.  And he is a much more pleasant person after he wakes up from his nap all refreshed.   I spent some time in the park with him and my sister as he is running all about free and exploring everything from puddles to soda machines.  He I think has a sweet tooth and remembered the soda machine at the park and was indicating that he would like one much to my sister’s chagrin.  She said that it was not working which I think was true.  We somehow ended up in Dunkin Donuts where he made himself at home and sat down indicating I guess that he wanted something to eat and proceeded to run about after all around the store and almost ended up in the  backroom.  We had some nice quiet time while his mommy was sleeping when we watched Blues Clues and played with puzzle pieces that were also full of letters and numbers and I tried to teach him some words that he might find useful like nose and head and eyes and feet which I think he started to understand.  The majority of the day was spent chasing him around.  I guess when you are a little person not two feet tall the world is a very interesting place and if you are person that is not yet 2 all sorts of things are fascinating like shower doors that slide back and forth and door bells and buttons on walls.  G is a very sweet little guy and when he’s happy he is really really happy but when he isn’t oh the whole world needs to know and he has this really ear piercing cry and then proceeds to burst into tears and then it’s so sad!! It is a travesty that he can’t walk around himself or whatever he isn’t being allowed to do for the moment.  Then there is my dad and my brother and possibly my uncle and my brother in law who are the constant men in my life who I can count on.  However, as you may note they are all related to me.  That currently isn’t that big of a coincidence.  Other than that they can all basically go take a hike.  As another year comes to an end all I have found out is that I must be aware of married men! They seem to like me for whatever reason and want to hang out.
